We are hiring a Sr UI Designer for our direct client.

Work with UI and UX leads; other product and motion designers; copywriters; business owners; product managers; and engineers to build high-quality native/mobile app experiences for various platforms. Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process through design thinking, user flows, wireframes, and low- or high-fidelity prototypes and design compositions. Collaboration and alignment with teams responsible for online and mobile experiences to ensure customer’s needs are met across the AT&T digital ecosystem. DIGITAL PORTFOLIO REQUIRED. Inspiring portfolio showcasing your design aesthetic. Portfolio should also demonstrate your user-centered product design experience and clue us in to your strategic thinking through case studies of recent work. Well qualified candidates will also have examples of native app experiences. Degree or Certification in a graphic or visual design or equivalent in design work experience. 8+ years practicing visual or product design, with an emphasis on human-centered interaction. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented; a mentor; organized; takes initiative; problem-solver; curious; collaborative; effective communicator; agile. Experience in native app product design for different mobile devices and platforms (Android, iOS, React Native). Deep understanding of UX best practices. Skilled in prototyping. Software proficiency: Figma, Mural/FigJam and Adobe Design Suite. Prototyping software (Protopie) a plus. Familiarity with UX Research methods & data analysis & application, a plus.
