Presentation Designer Job at LaSalle Network in Chicago

Our client is a global hospitality leader, seeking a highly skilled Senior Presentation Designer to join their creative team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing compelling, visually impactful, and brand-aligned presentations for executive-level stakeholders. This role requires a creative professional with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of storytelling through design. This role has 20 hours required with potential for an increase over 6 months. Chicago-based candidates only!

Presentation Designer Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality, visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint with advanced features such as custom templates, slide masters, transitions and multimedia integration
• Collaborate closely with executives, marketing and communication teams to translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives
• Maintain and enhance brand identity across all presentation materials
• Create custom graphics, infographics, animations and data visualizations to support key messaging
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and visual hierarchy in all presentation materials
• Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

Presentation Designer Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or visual communication within a corporate or consultancy environment. Hospitality, hotel or luxury industry preferred
• Expert proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Experience designing presentations for executive leadership and high-stakes business meetings
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual formats
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
