Senior Account Executive (Influencer & Social Media)

What we need:

EveryWhere, a MikeWorldWide (MWW) company, is looking for an Senior Account Executive to join our global Digital practice and provide influencer marketing strategy and support across a range of Consumer clients. This role will blend client service with influencer relations, serving as the day-to-day lead to ensure that programs are executed seamlessly, delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organized, and has a proven track record in managing influencer campaigns, nurturing talent relationships, and leveraging data analytics to refine strategies and optimize performance. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our influencer programs while building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with talent.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute end-to-end, full-scale influencer campaigns including client briefing process, influencer identification and negotiations, activation, content approvals, managing paid boosting (whitelisting), and reporting and analytics.
  • Manage the overall quality of work on multiple accounts by demonstrating professionalism and team leadership as a day-to-day client contact; assist in successfully growing existing accounts in meaningful areas by pinpointing upsell and renewal opportunities.
  • Support influencers at on-site events, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and seamless execution.
  • Support event planning for influencer events, including activities such as location research, activity coordination and overall experience recommendations to align with brand objectives.
  • Demonstrate quick learning for client’s industry and products – particularly in the consumer tech space and photography industry. Any prior experience with cameras and photography is a plus.
  • Bring extreme critical thinking to the team and demonstrate an ability to “connect the dots” through various account activities.
  • Deliver client-ready materials, including strategic programs/plans; edit junior team materials.
  • Collaborate on or lead proposals, staffing plans and timelines for client projects and new business prospects; partner with digital executives and peers on budgetary issues, including account profitability.
  • Oversee the flow of content assets from influencers to clients, ensuring alignment with creative briefs and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate influencer product logistics, including inventory management and shipments.
  • Work closely with the day-to-day social media team and community managers on content distribution/curation with specific focus on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and social platform updates to proactively recommend brand activations.
  • Analyze key metrics to refine strategies and ensure campaigns maximize traffic, engagement, and ROI.
  • Leverage social media listening and measurement tools to pull insights and create performance reports.
  • Willingness to travel, if necessary, and attend off-site events and meetings.

What you have to have:

  • 3-5 years of experience that includes influencer marketing, content strategy and social media management.
  • Prior experience with social media listening (Netbase, Brandwatch, Sysomos, etc.), publishing (Sprinklr, Sprout, etc.), social media competitive intelligence (Rival IQ, Shareablee, etc.) and influencer marketing tools (CreatorIQ, Captiv8, Upfluence, etc.) are musts.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising options across Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and/or LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrated success managing influencer partnerships, including contracting, negotiation, and content review.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a talent for proofreading and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining client interaction on a daily basis and helping the account team retain and grow the business.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience mentoring junior staff and collaborating across teams to ensure account success.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A passion for learning and development within a dynamic agency environment.

Compensation: up to $75k, based on experience
