YTS Insurance Agency is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Licensed Insurance Producer to join our team! Role & Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and grow a book of business within individual and group insurance
• Showcase exceptional customer service
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be passionate about contributing to the organization and be driven to advance
• Prep, quote, present, and implement the sell of policies to new and existing clients
• Expand business reach and agency brand through networking
• Support and assist Director of Insurance
• Occasional overnight travel

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

• Must have or obtain active Life, Accident and Health Insurance license before start date
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, compliance, products, and services (Marketplace, Medicare, Group, Ancillary)
• High level of professionalism and integrity

Job Types:

Pay:

• $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
