Job Description
UOVO Wine, NY is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Seasonal Wine Photographer to assist with photographing cases and bottles of wine for our inventory and client documentation. This role involves handling and positioning wine cases, ensuring high-quality images, and maintaining an efficient workflow in a warehouse environment.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Experience with basic photography (professional experience is a plus but not required).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow photography guidelines.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Very good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to keep client account information confidential
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
Experience with computers, especially with Microsoft Office 365
Experience dealing with wine products
Responsibilities:
Photograph individual bottles and full cases of wine according to company standards.
Ensure images are clear, well-lit, and properly cataloged.
Work efficiently to meet daily photography quotas.
Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to maintain an organized workflow.
Function and participate as a Team member in meetings and special projects
Perform other related duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
Handle and move wine cases (up to 40 lbs.) for staging and shooting.
Open and reseal wine cases carefully to maintain product integrity.
Stand for extended periods while completing photography assignments.
Working in a 55-degree F warehouse
Sitting, standing, walking, pulling, pushing and climbing stairs/ladders throughout the shift
Requires finger and wrist manipulation and/or grasping more than 50% of the time
