Were looking for a driven, growth oriented, and detail-obsessed product designer who can take ideas from sketch to finished product. Someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup, owns their work, and wants to grow with the brand.

What Youll Do:

  • Full-Cycle Product Design: Take concepts from ideation to production, ensuring every piece fits, feels, and performs flawlessly.
  • Technical Development: Create detailed tech packs (flat sketches, construction details, BOMs, measurements) for manufacturers.
  • Fit & Function Optimization: Lead sample fittings, refine patterns, and perfect the fit to match our bold aesthetic.
  • Material & Construction Innovation: Source high-performance fabrics, trims, and finishes that enhance style and comfort.
  • Factory Collaboration: Work with manufacturers to troubleshoot issues, refine prototypes, and ensure production quality.
  • Rapid Iteration & Problem-Solving: Move fast, adapt to feedback, and push designs to the next level.

Youre Perfect If You:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in apparel design, preferably in menswear, athleticwear, underwear, or swimwear.
  • Can design for both aesthetics & functionyou understand how to make apparel flattering, sexy, and wearable.
  • Have experience managing relationships with domestic & overseas factories.
  • Thrive in a startup environmentyou take initiative, move quickly, and own your results.
  • Can problem-solve on the flyif something isnt working, you figure it out and fix it.
  • Are obsessed with quality and detailsyou wont put your name on something half-baked.
  • Have a strong portfolio showing designs that are bold and modern.
  • Have strong technical skills in:
  1. Pattern-making & garment construction (you can spot a fit or quality issue instantly).
  2. Fabric and trim sourcing (you know where to find the good stuff).
  3. Tech pack creation (flat sketches, BOMs, grading specs, and construction details).

Bonus Points if You:

  • Have worked with disruptive DTC brands.
  • Have experience with 3D garment design for digital prototyping.
  • Have a network of factory connections for sourcing and production.
  • Have experience with sustainable fabrics or innovative textile development.
  • Can thrive in a high-accountability, high-performance team where results matter.
