Known for our expertise in residential, model home, and commercial design, we are looking for an experienced professional who can guide projects through completion and create thoughtful, unique spaces that reflect our firm’s vision for innovation and quality. Responsibilities Mastery of space planning. Equipped to establish a clear vision for design excellence, ensuring all projects meet the firm’s high standards. Capacity to oversee the entire design process, from schematic design and development to selections, installation, and follow-up, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail. Ability to use advanced knowledge of architectural detailing to enhance design integrity and practical application. Proficient in AutoCAD and hand drafting to develop detailed and accurate designs. Knowledge of vendor resources to source top-quality materials and finishes. Willingness to work onsite at our Annapolis, MD design office. Project Management Ability to manage all phases of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while maintaining design integrity. Capable of reviewing plans thoroughly, visualizing spaces three-dimensionally and addressing challenges with creative solutions. Talent for establishing and sustaining strong relationships with clients and translating their vision into reality with exceptional service. Qualifications & Skills A 4-year degree in Interior Design is required. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in residential or commercial design. Ability to work onsite at our Annapolis, MD design office. Proven track record contributing to the success and delivery of design projects through creative input and expertise. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for client interactions and presentations. Organization and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
