Job Overview

As our new Graphic Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in strengthening our position as the most customer-oriented provider in the senior living industry. You’ll work alongside our dedicated Creative Services and Sales Advisory teams, collaborating on marketing collateral, website development, digital and social media assets, and sophisticated communication strategies for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual assets for marketing materials, digital and social media platforms, that align with client brand identities
• Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual concepts
• Utilize graphic design software to develop impactful designs
• Incorporate typography and color theory to enhance the appeal of marketing materials
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual designs
• Adapt designs for various mediums, including digital platforms and print materials
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Mac based design software, including Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your creative abilities and technical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
• Must present an online and physical portfolio
