We’re searching for a UX Writer to create new and better experiences across our services. In this role, you’ll work on sports-related features and subscriptions.
Description
– As part of our services design org, you’ll help build customer experiences across multiple platforms.
– You’ll be an advocate for the user while also understanding the interests of marketing, business, and engineering groups.
– You should be comfortable offering and receiving feedback and working closely with partners around the company.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Crafting copy within existing tone, language, and design systems
- Working on feature development, naming, user flows, product logic, and education for several projects at once
- Converging customer goals, business requirements, and brand values
- Boiling down complex systems into coherent, concise, and compelling interface copy
- Collaborating with designers and other writers to uncover and solve UI challenges
- Addressing feedback and improving performance of our content
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $85 to $94 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k, and commuter benefits.
