Pendo is seeking a Customer Marketing Associate to help grow our customer base by driving engagement, retention, and expansion. As part of the Revenue Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing data-driven strategies that enhance product adoption, nurture users through critical lifecycle stages, and uncover opportunities for revenue growth. Your work will directly contribute to building stronger customer relationships and maximizing long-term value.

Support expansion opportunities: Partner with sales, customer success, and product marketing to develop campaigns that identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Drive customer adoption & retention: Support development of campaigns to increase engagement with Pendo’s platform, ensuring customers realize ongoing value & reducing churn. Optimize customer journey touchpoints: Work with cross-functional teams to refine the user experience both in-product and externally. Own nurture programs that guide users to key activation moments and growth opportunities. Leverage in-product marketing: Collaborate with product teams to enhance in-app experiences that drive feature discovery, deeper adoption and product led growth. Analyze & report on performance: Use data from Pendo, Marketo, Salesforce and other tools to track key KPIs and continuously improve marketing efforts. Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with content, demand gen, lifecycle, digital marketing and customer success to build integrated campaigns that maximize customer engagement. Voice of the customer: Identify and develop initiatives to support Pendo’s advocates & champions. Gather, analyze and advocate for customer feedback to improve the overall experience across teams. Test & optimize programs: Run A/B tests and experiments to improve engagement rates, conversion paths, and overall program effectiveness. Qualifications (What You Have)
2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing (demand gen) Experience with email marketing, in-product messaging, and customer journey mapping Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), analytics platforms (ie. Looker), and product platforms (ie. Pendo or similar) Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent written communication skills with a customer-first mindset Strong analytical mindset with experience running A/B tests and using data to drive decisions Why Pendo?
