Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Sales & Marketing Commercial Strategist, Revenue Driver and Inspiring Heart-Led Leader The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand.com room nights and revenue for individual hotels through SEO, Content, Merchandising, and Paid Media activations. We are seeking a self-starter, resourceful and strategic individual with a Digital marketing background. Past experience with Marriott, IHG or Hilton marketing channels required. This role will report directly to the Corporate Director of Marketing and work in partnership with the Corporate Social Media Marketing Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Include the following; however, other duties may be assigned or required. Work with property teams to understand and identify digital revenue needs and create annual marketing budgets for the branded portfolio; present to leadership, showing revenue and growth opportunities with intended ROI. Responsible for managing the SEO, Content, Digital Channels, and Paid Media operations for 24 branded properties. Implement and monitor paid campaigns (PLUS, BOOST, TravelAds) to ensure they are reaching designated KPI targets; Measure effectiveness of key Marketing efforts, applying best practices and proposing the right KPIs. Proactively maintain brand.com and independent hotel website content (Photography, Copy, Limited Time Features, Events, Special Announcements, Hotel Highlights, Property Messages) to ensure accuracy and support SEO efforts. Partner with Marriott Digital Services and Field Marketing teams with brand partners; Seek opportunities to drive additional exposure and traffic to our hotel websites. Pull-thru brand offers at the property level and develop property-specific promotions to merchandise through digital channels. Identify opportunities to improve our digital presence with photography; schedule photo shoots with brand-approved photographers; load approved photography to hotel websites and third parties. Manage content on third party marketing channels to include Expedia, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Cvent, DMO and additional OTA partners. Understand Group market needs. Keep “Group and Meetings” section of HWS current and relevant with need dates, brand and local group offers, collateral, tradeshow promos, flyers, floorplans, etc. and sales roster. Understand brand loyalty programs and provide recommendations to maximize loyalty offerings. Collaborate with General Managers, Corporate Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management teams. Ability to travel to visit the portfolio of hotels located in California, Nevada, and Texas. Experience conceptualizing and production of creative content (written and visual) for email campaigns that drive engagement is preferred. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE BS/BA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Management, or related field. 3+ years of relevant work experience (digital marketing, operations, process management, etc.). Experience managing processes and delivering technical analysis across diverse stakeholder set. Experience with digital marketing platforms including Google, Meta, Koddi, affiliate platforms preferred.
