Overview: We are seeking a skilled A/V Support Specialist to provide technical expertise and coordination for high-profile events. This role requires strong A/V technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a high-pressure, live-event environment. Key Responsibilities: Event A/V Support: Work closely with onsite event planners to provide A/V support for earnings calls, press conferences, corporate meetings, product demos, and receptions. Serve as the A/V technical liaison, ensuring client requirements are met. Coordinate with contractors and team members to ensure proper event coverage. Oversee ceremonies, special events, and high-visibility live productions. A/V System Maintenance & Operations: Maintain and operate the A/V head-end control room, ensuring proper wiring, equipment labeling, and system cleanliness. Troubleshoot and resolve A/V operational issues while keeping stakeholders informed. Document A/V equipment and system processes, generating daily checklists. Oversee and maintain conference rooms, ensuring proper A/V functionality for meetings and events. Recommend and implement system upgrades as needed. Technical Coordination & Communication: Work closely with the Technical Operations Director to ensure A/V coverage for all events and conference spaces. Align with event planners and leadership to meet deadlines, requirements, and expectations. Assist with event ceremonies, ensuring A/V components like podiums, screens, lighting, microphones, and speakers are fully functional.
