The Director, Creator Partnerships is part of the Global Content Strategy, Development & Distribution team, reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships & Distribution. This individual will be part of a global team responsible for developing and scaling best-in-class Creator content on behalf of Visa’s marketing positioning and voice.

This individual will help build and oversee our Visa Global x Creator relationships, planning, managing and optimizing community-first content and storytelling experiences across multiple global social media platforms. This person should always be curious and have a passion for all things Creator, including: Developing thoughtful, new ways to partner with Creators Maintaining collaborative relationships with Agencies, Talent managers, and Partners who support Creators Knowledge of the technology and tools that support Creators, Agencies, and Brands Proven success in establishing + optimizing metrics and methods to measure Creator content Experience with Global brands who have built Creator-led social teams Essential Functions (Required):

Define and unify the team around Visa’s advanced Creator strategy and community-first POV, delivering ideas and partnerships that connect the Brand to the fandom that communities care about. Deep obsession + proven track record in understanding what inspires social-first communities and fandom, with the ability to unlock Creator insights that reveal new, bleeding edge spaces in culture. Continue to refine our Creator partnership model based on insights from the Creators themselves. Develop + manage an always-evolving Creator playbook with Global best practices and cases, partnering with Regions to deliver market-specific solutions. Mine, track, and identify trends from the Visa community that can inform future strategies, franchises, and campaigns. Build relationships with global creators to collaboratively brief, develop and distribute content on our channels, understanding and managing for social platforms’ Creator perspectives and policies. Partner with the team to select agencies that will deliver best-in-class Creator contracting, management, and payments. Effectively track and measure Creator partnership success, recommend optimizations, and test new technology that supports Creator content and distribution. Work with our global privacy, legal, and technology teams to implement social governance policies. Has excitement for and fandom surrounding our biggest Visa partnerships across Sports, Music, and Travel, bringing forth new creative ideas that also increase efficient and effective experimentation. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Basic Qualifications

10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD. Preferred Qualifications

12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD. 5+ years’ experience in Creator partnerships and/or Influencer marketing, overseeing how Creator integrates and amplifies with paid distribution alongside larger brand marketing initiatives. Social content strategy with large global brands across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and X. Experience with a range of Creators, managing the process from contracting to delivery of assets. Track record of developing Creator strategies for large complex organizations that deliver measurable results + impact. Experience with legal and privacy teams to support Creators and the Brand. Extremely organized with keen attention to detail, managing multiple workstreams at once. An influential and confident leader with experience collaborating across complex global teams, has a bias for action, not bureaucracy, and acts nimbly and quickly while rallying cross-functional teams. Proven ability to drive results with a high degree of personal initiative and leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with limited resources. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 152,200 to 245,400 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
