What You'll Do Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing (NAM) serves a very important role at Wilson Sports Goods within Racquet Sports business. This person will be managing the planning to execution of all GTM programming across the region, including fully integrated marketing campaigns, focusing on reaching and engaging with new and existing consumers. Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: Strategic development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and NAM financial targets. Centralize and maintain the NAM channel marketing inputs to the Master Racquet Sports Marketing Calendar, partnering with all integrated marketing channel leaders to ensure schedules are aligned and deliverables are completed. Lead the execution of marketing plans, including consumer promotions, demo events, and other strategic initiatives. Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan. Work closely with Sales and the Community & Grassroots teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies across in market activations. Support the sales team by developing tools and resources that enhance their ability to sell and support our products, including training materials and sales enablement content. Support large key accounts by developing marketing assets that promote sales of Wilson Racquet Sports products. Build and maintain strong partnerships with external partners, including retail customers and wholesale accounts. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data insights to optimize strategies and improve outcomes. Leverage syndicated data and other data sources to derive insights into the brand, category and competition, making actionable recommendations for growth. Monitor the performance of key messages and help prioritize demand creation messaging across channels each quarter. Manage a team of two, strategically leading the development of Digital and Trade marketing plans, keeping brand relevancy and increasing brand visibility across all consumer touchpoints.
What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business or related field and 8 - 10+ years of experience developing and driving marketing campaigns/initiatives from inception to execution for leading retail brands. Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing– North America must be an analytical thinker and strong communicator with the following qualities:
Shown success in a fast-paced, matrixed work environment. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving, and highly competitive industry (sport and retail). Performance focused individual with experience working from concept to completion, dealing with ambiguity and working toward clarity, while maintaining high quality in outcomes and a strong sense of accountability. Global mindset to establish scalable standard operating principles. Project Management expertise; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to plan and prioritize. Demonstrate the ability to influence, educate, and sell the Wilson message to the consumer. Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams. Candidate must be willing to travel 25% of the time.
What We'll Provide A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $110,000 - $150,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
