Role Overview We are seeking a Senior UX Designer with exceptional research and visual design skills to enhance our physical and digital user experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to develop intuitive, user-centered solutions that significantly improve the overall user experience. Responsibilities
Design and test engaging user interfaces for our mobile application targeted at consumers. Utilize your visual design expertise to create simple, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces. Contribute to the Design System, enhancing consistency and scalability across products. Employ design thinking methodologies to tackle ambiguity and address complex product challenges. Rapidly iterate using low-to-mid-fidelity wireframes and prototypes. Conduct usability testing to validate and refine design concepts. Define design requirements that align with user research, product objectives, and technical limitations. Carry out qualitative and quantitative research to identify user needs and pain points. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design compelling product experiences. Ensure a seamless and cohesive experience across all offerings. Work closely with engineers to maintain design integrity and optimize implementation. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UX/UI, product, or digital design. A strong portfolio that highlights research-driven, user-centered design work. Expertise in visual design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Ability to design simple, intuitive interfaces with a systematic approach. Experience in designing for consumer-facing digital products. Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback. Proficiency in Figma. Experience designing for iOS and Android platforms. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with working in agile environments. Bonus: Experience with hardware or integrated systems.
