Title: UX/UI App Designer - Financial Services Digital Solutions

Location: Southeastern U.S. Region (Hybrid-Flex)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm

Description:
• We are seeking an experienced UX/UI App Designer specializing in financial services to enhance digital banking and financial technology experiences.
• This role focuses on designing intuitive, secure, and innovative digital solutions that meet the evolving needs of financial institutions and their customers.

Required Skills:
• Proven experience in designing user-centered digital financial applications.
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles, particularly in financial services technology.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar platforms.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing specific to financial applications.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into intuitive design solutions.
• Strong communication skills for articulating design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage design projects from inception to launch.
• Familiarity with digital security best practices in financial services.

Desired Skills:
• Understanding of financial industry regulations and compliance in digital design.
• Experience designing for accessibility standards in financial applications.
• Proficiency in developing and managing design systems.
• Knowledge of data visualization techniques for financial information.
• Experience designing for multiple platforms (mobile, web, tablet).

Compensation:
Pay Range: $135000K-$150000K
