Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a talented, licensed Tattoo Artist to join our team. This position offers flexible structure—artists can choose between a commission split or station rental model, depending on their preference and experience. Ideal candidates are professional, self-motivated, and passionate about their craft.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality tattoo services in a safe, sanitary, and professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and ensure satisfaction
Adhere to all local health and safety regulations
Collaborate respectfully with fellow artists and contribute positively to the shop culture
Promote your work via social media and client engagement (optional but encouraged)

Qualifications:

Valid Florida tattoo license + blood borne pathogen certification
Proven portfolio demonstrating skill, creativity, and consistency
Strong understanding of sanitation and safety practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
