Responsibilities:

1. Content creation: Work collaboratively with the team of video journalists and reporters to create content that's optimized for multiple platforms, including broadcast television, websites and social media.
2. Content curation: Schedule connected television app programming by crafting blocks of engaging content. Manage YouTube strategy to increase audience size and loyalty.
3. Organization: Organize source materials into multimedia pieces and aggregated video streams.
4. Live Stream Production: Assist with live streams of breaking news, daily events and pre-planned programming.
5. Guest interview management: Book and produce conversations with invited guests, both virtual and in-person.

Skills and Experience:

1. Experience producing streaming or social video content.
2. Understanding of digital platforms, trends and audience behaviors.
3. Knowledge of WordPress, OBS, Akta or similar digital content management systems.
4. Strong writing and editorial ability.
5. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
6. 3+ years experience in a local newsroom preferred.

Education:
• Degree in journalism, video production or other fields related to media content management.
