Royal Change is a leading online fitness, nutrition, and apparel company headquartered in Charlotte, NC. We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join and help accelerate our growing brand.

We are looking for a highly motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled with every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable with a thorough understanding of branding and marketing. The successful candidate will be a creative, self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is determined to make every project their absolute best.

Applicants should be prepared to share a portfolio of work and be willing to accept a short project assignment in order to gauge creativity.

Objectives:

• This creative and talented individual will create compelling graphics and dynamic content for our audience and customers to tell our stories or educate in an entertaining and impactful way.
• Help bring to life social media stories, posts, photographs, email marketing, visual branding, infographics, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Create sharp, beautiful, engaging static and graphic assets that tell the story of Royal Change’s message and mission.
• Assist in design and execute deliverables for all content marketing initiatives for distribution across all social media platforms.
• Collaborate to schedule and produce email campaigns and private membership deliverables.
• Work closely with the team to create assets that integrate priorities from different parts of Royal Change.
• Design and implement new designs for Royal Change products, digital programs, and social media content.
• Be a fountain of ideas and forward creative thinking with capability to implement quickly, independently, and collaboratively.
• Ensure consistency of the brand messaging across all materials and mediums.
• Ensure that all the graphic elements created are presented on a variety of devices flawlessly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years full-time graphic design/illustration experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule, sometimes including weekends and minimal travel.
• Candidate must have driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must live in Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate.
• Love and passion for health and fitness are ideal.
• Upbeat and positive personality are a must.
