Our mission is to create exceptional guest experiences while delivering top-tier marketing and design services for our property owners. We take pride in showcasing the beauty, lifestyle, and unique culture of the Lowcountry, and we’re looking for a highly creative, technology-driven Graphic Designer who can elevate our brand, develop high-quality marketing materials, and bring fresh innovation to our visual content.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design High-Quality Marketing Materials – Create compelling digital and print assets, including email campaigns, social media graphics, direct mail pieces, and digital ads.
  • Photo Retouching & Editing – Enhance property images, adjust lighting and color balance, and ensure all visuals align with our brand standards.
  • Website & Digital Design – Assist in maintaining and updating website visuals, ensuring brand consistency and a high-quality user experience.
  • Leverage AI & Emerging Design Tools – Stay ahead of industry trends by integrating AI-assisted tools into the creative workflow to improve efficiency and innovation.
  • Work Within Adobe Creative Suite – Design projects using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to develop visually compelling content.
  • Email Campaign Design – Develop branded email templates and promotional materials using design tools integrated with email platforms. Knowledge of email marketing software required.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team – Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Director of Marketing to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.
  • Think Creatively & Strategically – Merge creative design with marketing insights to develop content that not only looks great but also drives engagement and conversions.
  • Problem-Solver with Initiative – Identify design challenges and proactively find solutions, adapting to new trends and tools as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Expert-level skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Lightroom is a plus).
  • Experience in Website & Digital Design – Familiarity with WordPress, web design best practices, and optimizing images and graphics for web use.
  • Photo Retouching & Editing Skills – Ability to enhance images for digital and print use, ensuring top-quality presentation.
  • Forward-Thinking & Tech-Savvy – Passionate about keeping up with new technology, AI tools, and design trends to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Highly Creative & Innovative – Strong conceptual thinker who can bring unique and engaging designs to life.
  • Creative & Data-Driven Mindset – Ability to merge eye-catching visuals with marketing insights to create designs that are both compelling and effective.
  • Excellent Attention to Detail – Strong typography, layout composition, and production skills.
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Projects – Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable balancing multiple design requests at once.
  • Strong Team Player – Able to collaborate effectively with the marketing team while also working independently on projects.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects or Premiere Pro).
  • Experience designing for hospitality, travel, or real estate industries.

This role offers remote flexibility but may require occasional in-person collaboration for team meetings and project discussions.
