Paid Media & SEO Specialist
(No remote workers PLEASE. This is a HYBRID role 3 days a week in office in Fishers, Indiana and 2 days at home)

The Paid Media & SEO specialist requires a data-driven, strategic thinker who can optimize online marketing efforts to drive measurable results. This role is responsible for conducting keyword research, developing SEO strategies, managing PPC campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to effectively execute paid media, SEO, and related initiatives. It includes formulating, creating, launching, and implementing paid media and SEO strategies to leverage AI throughout the organization and develop AI agents over time. Success in this role will be measured by improving search rankings, enhancing paid media ROI, and providing actionable insights that support client growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. SEO Research & Strategy:
  2. Understand client objectives and advise on suitable measurement strategies.
  3. Benchmark performance across all online channels and advise on KPIs.
  4. Use methodical performance analysis to influence/support campaign strategies.
  5. Provide creative thinking and take the initiative to grow clients’ businesses.
  6. Conduct thorough keyword research to drive both pay-per-click campaigns and SEO content strategies.
  7. Create SEO Strategies to generate measurable traffic and leads for our clients.
  8. Create SEO Website structure maps to identify how Google should view a client’s website and its authority, among other factors.
  9. Recommend website updates based on best practices in technical SEO like site speed, on-page content, and other factors aligned with EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness).
  10. Implement minor website updates and troubleshoot issues with the creative team and account managers.
  11. Stay up to date on PPC and SEM trends as well as clients’ industry trends.
  12. Leverage SEM Rush for client research and recommendations.
  13. Paid Media Campaign Creation & Management:
  14. Formulate effective paid search strategies.
  15. Create and optimize various Pay-Per-Click campaigns (Google, CTV, X, Instagram, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  16. Assess campaign performance and pinpoint issues.
  17. Monitor budget and adjust targeting and bidding options to gain better ROI.
  18. Make recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  19. Use and implement tools such as Looker Studio, GA4, Google Analytics.
  20. Update WordPress-based websites and adjust content on client sites as needed.
  21. Become proficient with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, SharpSpring, and Infusionsoft, which includes building forms, emails, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows.
  22. Implement proper tracking mechanisms on client websites or use Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate reporting data (e.g., Google Analytics, lead source tracking codes, Google Ads and Facebook conversion tracking codes, HotJar heat-mapping).
  23. Assist in the integration of marketing technology as client needs arise.
  24. Leverage AI and build out automation to improve effectiveness and efficiency and other tools.
  25. Become familiar with Optymzer and other paid management tools.
  26. Reporting and Analysis:
  27. Prepare and deliver weekly lead generation reports, monthly SEO reports, PPC reporting, and other reports that inform our client's business.
  28. Assist in analyzing and optimizing campaigns to make the highest and best use of resources.
  29. Collaborate with account managers to ensure reports are delivered on time.
  30. Provide data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and make recommendations to extend and build upon the campaign's success.
  31. Communication & Collaboration:
  32. Working closely with other team members and creative vendors to execute campaigns and deliver client results.
  33. Manage teams to deadlines, ensuring on-time delivery of all client initiatives.
  34. Present campaign results to clients clearly with recommendations and work with account managers to ensure those recommendations are implemented on time.
  35. Leverage AI where possible to improve client and internal communication efficiency and effectiveness.
  36. Proof meticulously to provide high quality for all clients.
