Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design and an eye for detail, with a particular interest in K-Pop culture and aesthetics. While experience in packaging design and album packaging is preferred, we are primarily looking for a skilled graphic designer with 3-5 years of experience who is passionate about creating impactful and visually engaging designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative designs for various branding, marketing, and product packaging materials.
- Design album packaging, merchandise, and promotional materials for K-Pop artists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, art direction, and production, to ensure design alignment with overall brand vision.
- Create designs that are on-brand, visually compelling, and meet production standards.
- Provide support in creating visual assets for both digital and print media.
- Maintain consistency across all design outputs while adapting to different K-Pop artist styles and themes.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that showcases your skills and range of work.
- Experience with album packaging design and other forms of product packaging is highly preferred.
- A keen eye for detail and design trends, with a strong understanding of K-Pop culture and aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
- A passion for design, creativity, and the K-Pop industry.
Preferred
- Experience with motion graphics.
- Familiarity with both print and digital production processes.
- Korean language skills are a plus (preferred but not required).
