Motive Energy Inc. is hiring: Service Writer in Tustin

The Service Writer will ensure the effective, efficient, and constant supply chain flow through departmental support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains accurate and on-time reports and records relative to the service department's daily operation.
• Assures that all charges related to work orders are posted accurately.
• Assures all work orders are closed on a timely basis.
• Assists with reviewing and submitting warranty documentation for Advanced Charging Technologies (ACT, East Penn, Field Service and Ultra Care department warranty related work orders.
• Supports Dispatch with quotes and back-up.
• Follows up on pending PO's and assists in GPS monitoring of technicians.
