POSITION DESCRIPTION

Experience in personal injury claims or personal injury litigation.

- MUST be Bilingual Spanish

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 Years experience in the field of personal injury.
• Preferred experience in drafting and preparing full demand packages, including bodily injury, property damages, lost wages, and present liability arguments.
• Ability to read, review, and analyze medical records, surgical records, and medical bills.
• Ability to explain medical findings, including traumatic brain injuries.
• Excellent English grammar and writing skills.

Salary: $17 - $21 per hour, DOE
