Description:

Sullivan Tire, a leading tire and automotive service company, has been family operated for more than 67 years with over 1,200 employees and currently has an opportunity to be a Sales & Service Writer. The Sales and Service Writer will be a customer service focused individual.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers, fulfill needs, and build a loyal customer base.
2. Foster a positive and friendly environment.
3. Provide customers with product information, schedule appointments, and handle their tire and auto service needs.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Customer service experience in a retail environment.
3. Strong telephone skills.
4. Understanding of the tire and auto service industry is a plus.
5. Dependable transportation.
6. A proven sales track record in an automotive environment is a plus.
