About the position

The UX Researcher position is for individuals who want to focus on the research side of creating user interfaces. An ideal UX Researcher will work closely with designers and developers to ensure that user needs are met through effective research methodologies.

Description

Comida For Familias, Inc. currently has a community that is mainly made up of software engineers and designers who want to utilize their knowledge and expertise to develop technology for public benefit. Potential volunteers are encouraged to visit our website project page to see projects that we plan to do, are currently working on, or have completed.
The organization also competes in hackathons and designathons to challenge volunteers and trainees to complete projects within a short timeframe.

As a scientific research organization concerning food, we also encourage volunteers to post educational videos about exercise and nutrition to promote a healthy lifestyle.
