About the role

As the Growth Marketer, you’ll be a part of a tight knit team working closely with our GTM and Leadership teams. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for building and managing lead generation pipeline strategies, launching campaigns for new products and features, and building a consistent pipeline of new leads and opportunities for our sales team to execute on.

This role can be based in any of our hybrid offices: Austin, New York City, or Washington D.C.

What you'll do

  • You will serve as a strategic thought leader, playing a key role in shaping and enhancing Method’s pipeline generation initiatives

  • You’ll develop account based marketing (ABM) strategies, design campaigns for new products and features, manage lead generation initiatives, and perform market research

  • You’ll manage and optimize paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring a balance between efficiency and scale

  • You’ll work closely with the sales team to refine lead scoring, ensure MQLs are high-quality, and improve the handoff process between marketing and sales

  • You’ll work closely with the GTM and product marketing team to develop and publish engaging content that attracts our ideal customer profile

  • You’ll manage and optimize our growth/marketing tech stack, including CRM (SFDC) and other tools (Hireframe, Outreach, Clay, Apollo, etc.)

  • You’ll monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations on where we can continue to develop our strategies

Who you are

  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing

  • 2+ years of experience in account-based marketing, tailored to Enterprise and Strategic sales motions

  • Expert in core marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., SFDC)

  • Proficient in next-generation AI-focused tooling (e.g. Clay) and modern demand generation strategies

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance metrics

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

The annual US base salary range for this role is: $125,000 - $175,000
