About the Position
We are looking for a Junior Marketer who is passionate about Web3, crypto, and blockchain technology to support our marketing and community-building efforts. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in web2 and web3 marketing, social media growth, content creation, and community engagement. You will work closely with our marketing and growth teams to help execute strategies that drive awareness, user engagement, and adoption of our platform.
As a Junior Marketer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting web2 and web3 campaigns, collaborate with industry experts, and develop skills in blockchain marketing, social media management, and data-driven growth strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative, fast-paced environment at the forefront of decentralized technology.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across social media, content, and community platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Work with multiple teams to coordinate and produce engaging content, including blog posts, tweets, newsletters, and educational material on blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 trends.
- Support growth marketing initiatives, such as influencer outreach, partnership development, and campaign analytics.
- Help manage and grow online communities by engaging with users, answering questions, and driving discussions.
- Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and emerging technologies in the blockchain space.
- Assist in the development of marketing assets (graphics, presentations, and landing pages) in collaboration with design and content teams.
- Understand memecoin culture, how quickly it moves, and how to become a part of the conversation.
- Create quick social content that interjects the brand into current Web3 and social conversations, using tools like Canva and CapCut.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for different audiences.
- Experience with social media management (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, etc.).
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and growth hacking strategies.
- Ability to work independently and stay up to date with the latest trends in crypto and blockchain.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut and other tools for quick content creation.
- Bonus: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Figma, Google Analytics, and Web3-native marketing platforms.
