About Us

Trey Stone and Transformational Real Estate Investing LLC are looking for a full-time videographer to help create high-quality, engaging video content for our brands, marketing, and online presence.

Our company focuses on real estate investing and education, and we also produce a podcast that you will play a key role in filming, editing, and producing.

We are looking for a creative and skilled videographer who can shoot and edit content, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and help bring our vision to life through high-quality, white-glove storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Film & Edit Content: Capture and produce professional video content for marketing, YouTube, social media, and our website.
• Podcast Production: Assist in filming, editing, and enhancing our podcast for online distribution.
• Storytelling: Bring our brand and mission to life through engaging visuals and dynamic video editing.
• Social Media Optimization: Create video content optimized for various platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Equipment Management: Maintain and operate professional video and audio equipment, including cameras, lighting, and microphones.
• Content Organization: Manage and archive footage to ensure efficient workflow and easy access for future projects.
• Social Media Management: Manage organic postings, comments and interactions with followers, and the overall editorial schedules on social media platforms.
• Collaborate: Work with Chief Marketing Officer to deliver well-branded and uniform content that fits into the overall brand strategy of the businesses.
• Reporting: Provide reporting to CEO and CMO with detailed analysis and suggestions on bettering the impact of the social media marketing efforts.
• Team Lead Support: At times, you may need to manage fellow outsourced video editors to meet deadlines and various needs of the business lines.
• Punctuality: Deliver well-rounded and finished video products on time, consistently.

Qualifications

✅ Must be able to work a flexible days’ work including nights and weekends on an as-needed basis, not to exceed a full-time allocation.

✅ Proven experience in videography and video editing (portfolio required).

✅ Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, and mobile apps including CapCut, Captions, and various others.

✅ Knowledge of lighting, sound design, and camera operation.

✅ Experience creating content for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).

✅ Strong storytelling skills and ability to create engaging content.

✅ Ability to work independently.

✅ Must possess the ability to meet consistent deadlines.

✅ Proven experience in Social Media Management

✅ Conveys professionalism and proper business etiquette at all times.

✅ Strong Emotional Intelligence is a must.

✅ Possess a strong curiosity to continue learning as technology, camera equipment, and software evolves

✅ (Bonus) Experience in podcast production is a plus!
