Graphic Designer
to join our Team Sports creative team. As the Team Sports Graphic Designer, you will work under the direction of the Senior Designer, providing design and creative solutions for marketing campaigns across basketball, football, volleyball and soccer. This includes partnerships with the NFL, NBA, WNBA, Caitlin Clark, NCAA, and the AVP. We are looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment. This individual will analyze briefs, collaborate on creative executions, and develop and present design solutions for some of our most highly visible campaigns. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Partnering with Senior Designer, marketing teams, and internal designers to develop campaigns and creative executions from concept to production. Concepting around high-level campaign strategy and building visual centers for 360 teams and agencies to execute on. Designing across mediums including digital, social, D2C, marketing sell-in, activations/events, POP, packaging, and other specialty projects as assigned by the Senior Designer and Project Manager. Working with internal and external photographers on campaign and product photoshoots including shoots with Wilson Advisory Staff. Collaborating with copywriters on strategy, details, background, layouts and client direction for various projects. Responsible for the collection and transfer of files for all types of projects with foreign and domestic vendors to sample and produce. Coordinating with Production Staff to define specifications for quoting and bidding of various projects within defined design perimeters of project to ensure quality and proper execution. Providing marketing with cost estimates on a project-by-project basis regarding outside costs involved. Responsible for the ongoing implementation of Macintosh computers as a design and production tool to achieve great creative and cost-saving company goals. Learning software updates and enhancements. Working with the project manager to maintain job status and time manage multiple projects at one time. What We're Looking For This role requires an Associate’s Degree in Graphics or a related area; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of in-house or agency graphic design experience and a solid portfolio of previous work. Other qualifications include: Examples of campaign level strategy work and design build out. Excellent working knowledge of Mac computers and Adobe software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and associated design software. Basic working knowledge of photography and lighting. Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Basic understanding of print production. Solid attention to detail with strong organization and project management skills. Strong communication skills to effectively present information, respond to questions and work with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet multiple deadlines. Motion and video design abilities preferred. Photography and video knowledge preferred. Experiential design experience with brand retail or event activations preferred. What We’ll Provide A reasonable estimate of the
pay range is $60,000 - $74,000 per year
at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and do not include our competitive bonus program.
