The Digital Graphic Designer will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with the Creative, Ecommerce and Social teams. The position is responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy content for social platforms, website, digital advertising and email promotions.
Responsibilities:
- conceptualize and develop a high volume of creative assets for social platforms, website and email flows
- plan, produce and edit short and long format videos and animated gifs
- collaborate in ideation of photo and video shoots and research stock imagery where needed
- assist with post-production selects, retouching and photo and video editing
- leverage data-driven insights to engage audience
- research and react to trends and help continually evolve and elevate the brand aesthetic
requirements:
- BA or BFA in Graphic Design
- 5+ years corporate Graphic Design experience in a deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with social platforms, Ambassador programs, Influencer relationships, digital advertising concepts, and email flows
- Interest and comfort being on camera
- Experience in beauty or other lifestyle consumer goods industry preferred
- A digital portfolio that contains design examples from categories relevant to the beauty, luxury or fashion industry
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (mastery in Photoshop), Premiere Pro, After Effects and CapCut
- Skilled with video and lighting
- Experience creating images for a responsive website
- Strong typography skills
- Experience concepting and creating social assets, directing photography and minor retouching
- Team player that is highly organized, has exceptional time management skills and can follow project briefs
- Attention to detail and ability to take constructive criticism and feedback on design work
Must know: Creative Suite (mastery in Photoshop), CapCut, Premiere Pro + After Effects
Must be familiar with: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Acrobat, large file transfer services
