About the Role: We are looking for a Brand & Influencer Manager to drive brand awareness, consistency, and engagement across all digital channels. This role blends brand storytelling, influencer partnerships, and community engagement to create a strong emotional connection with our audience. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of brand strategy, social media trends, and digital marketing , with a passion for wellness and lifestyle branding.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Growth & Engagement
- Own and drive the social media strategy , ensuring strong audience engagement and community growth.
- Develop and manage the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
- Partner with content creators and designers to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and editorial content that align with the brand.
- Monitor trends, viral content, and conversations to craft timely, culturally relevant brand campaigns.
- Engage with followers, responding to comments and messages to build a strong brand community.
Influencer & Brand Partnerships
- Develop and manage a strategic influencer marketing program , identifying and fostering relationships with wellness, fitness, and lifestyle influencers .
- Lead ambassador and affiliate programs , ensuring alignment with brand values and long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns , from outreach to content creation and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to create authentic, shareable content that resonates with target audiences.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan and execute brand campaigns and product launches that integrate social media, influencer marketing, and digital content.
- Work with the SEO Manager and performance marketing agencies to align social strategies with content marketing and paid advertising.
- Oversee the execution of social-first campaigns , ensuring strong storytelling and engagement.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Track and analyze brand engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Report on key brand KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve content and audience engagement.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and TikTok Analytics to measure success and refine strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in brand management, social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and content strategy.
- Proven experience in scaling social media communities and driving engagement .
- Experience managing influencer relationships and affiliate marketing programs.
- Ability to create visually compelling and emotionally engaging brand narratives.
- Knowledge of DTC eCommerce, supplements, or wellness industry trends is a plus.
- Strong creative mindset with a passion for branding, culture, and storytelling.
