Director, Performance Marketing - G-III Apparel Group
The Director, Performance Marketing will partner across our portfolio of brands and businesses within G-III to provide expertise in paid and organic channel marketing strategies.
Reporting to: VP Digital Services
Brand/Product Focus: Digital Marketing/Ecommerce
Location (On-Site): New York City, Midtown Manhattan – Fashion District
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal and external teams to build cohesive cross-channel strategies driving the most efficient CAC & ROAS, while continuing to drive audience growth
- Interpret key performance metrics, identify trends, and prioritize opportunities for revenue growth through content enhancements across our digital commercial experiences to drive paid and organic growth
- Monitor performance and provide data driven actionable insights to our operational teams to drive KPIs across paid & organic channels
- Continually refine overarching marketing strategies to provide best in class playbooks that can be scaled across brands
- Identify opportunities for automation leveraging internal/external AdTech and MarTech tools
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners to support performance marketing efforts and ensure delivery of high-quality services and solutions
- Build strong relationships internally with our strategic marketing partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher, MBA a plus or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of eCommerce/Digital Marketing experience
- Proficiency and experience in data analysis interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing data to optimize campaign performance
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals
- Deep analytical abilities, especially with respect to experimental design, attribution / media allocation, budget management and one-off analysis of large data sets to create sophisticated advertising programs
- Results-driven experience with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes and ROI through performance marketing initiatives
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify, Facebook Ad Manager, Customer Data Platforms and Retail Media Ad Network experience a plus
The pay range for this position is: $150,000 - $175,000 per year.
