As a Photo Editor, you will be responsible for the post-production of marketing photography, ensuring high-quality, visually compelling images that align with brand standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, technical expertise in photo editing, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute the final cycle of product photography, maintaining consistency and excellence across all visual assets. This position is onsite and reports to the Brand Marketing team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Photo Editing & Quality Assurance
- Retouch branded in-studio and application photography, ensuring accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.
- Optimize images for various content distribution channels and repurpose existing photo content as needed.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library, classifying, archiving, and managing metadata for efficient accessibility.

Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with internal editors to deliver photography assets on time and at the highest quality standards.
- Regularly communicate with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and implement feedback-driven improvements.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while balancing priorities effectively.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, photo editing techniques, and technology advancements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Identify innovative solutions to editing challenges while upholding brand integrity.
- Seek feedback and best practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall skill development.
- Lead with curiosity by consistently asking deeper questions to spot potential project gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Experience & Education: 3-5 years of professional photo editing experience; bachelor's degree in photography, design, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Portfolio & Expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing photo editing work, including retouching, compositing, masking, and color correction. Experience with scripting, 3D modeling, photography, digital asset management, or project management software is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop CC and Capture One Pro, with an understanding of lighting, reflections, and textures.
