Role: Full Stack/Tech Anchor Lead
Location: Dearborn, MI (On-site/Hybrid from day one. The contractor is required to be onsite 15 days per quarter)

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Tech Lead for a team of Software Engineers, guiding and monitoring their work.
- Provide technical direction and support for the team, assisting in product design and development.
- Oversee compliance and security standards across the project.
- Guide customization of solutions and systems to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, and product owners) to convert business goals into technical solutions.
- Support the development and integration of AI/ML models for improving vehicle components like transmissions, batteries, and engines.
- Hands-on coding in Java, Python, React, and other technologies when necessary to solve complex issues.
- Monitor and guide the team through CI/CD processes to ensure smooth deployment and continuous integration.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack engineering and cloud solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience designing cloud solutions, especially on GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with System Integration and cloud computing tools like Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, and PCF/PKS.
- Minimum 2 years of experience configuring, monitoring, and tuning infrastructure tools.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Python and/or R software development (experience with Anaconda is preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Proven experience coordinating activities across multiple teams in a collaborative environment.
- L2/L3 Support Experience.
- Experience with system design and product management.
- Strong ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with a range of software and applications.
- Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with business analysis, requirements definition, and use case creation.
- Knowledge of IT policies, processes, and infrastructures.
- Experience with analytics tools, including Informatica, Alteryx, QlikView, Tableau, and Attunity.
