Akkodis is seeking an Audio Video Technician for a Contract job with a client in Maple Grove, MN . The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills and AV experience. Responsibilities include equipment checks, troubleshooting, and user support.
Rate Range: $35/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Audio Video Technician job responsibilities include:
- Regularly testing and ensuring the functionality of all AV equipment
- Troubleshooting technical issues and working with vendors to resolve them
- Assisting users with immediate AV needs and providing on-site support
- Holding training sessions on AV equipment usage and best practices
- Tracking and responding to service requests, collaborating with the AV team for improvements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of AV technician experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in AV equipment such as TVs, projectors, and microphones
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
