Digital Marketing & Sales Coordinator
to support both our sales and digital marketing teams. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives at the intersection of sales and digital marketing. You will be responsible for qualifying inbound and outbound leads, supporting marketing automation and email campaigns, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales and marketing efforts. Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads from marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, and other sources. Assess potential customers' needs, project timelines, and decision-making process. Update and manage lead data in the CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Work closely with the sales team to prioritize high-value leads and ensure smooth follow-up. Support the sales team with CRM data organization, reporting, and process improvements. Digital Marketing & Automation Support Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns (newsletters, lead nurturing sequences, promotional emails). Set up and manage marketing automation workflows including lead scoring (HubSpot, Pardot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms). Maintain and segment contact lists for targeted campaigns. Track and analyze email performance metrics to optimize engagement and conversions. Collaborate with the digital marketing team on content strategy and lead generation efforts. Requirements
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales support, or lead generation. Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable engaging with leads via phone and email. Marketing Technology Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and automation platforms. Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze lead and campaign performance for continuous improvement. Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask and work independently while collaborating across teams. Experience in B2B marketing, smart glass, automotive, construction, or technology industries - An advantage. Knowledge of marketing automation workflows, audience segmentation, and lead scoring - An advantage. Multilingual abilities (a plus, depending on target regions) - An advantage.
