The Integrated Media Planner is responsible for helping to drive media strategy, research and planning across key accounts, in addition to campaign creation and optimization. Working closely with the Associate Media Director and Media Supervisor, the Integrated Media Planner will make strategic recommendations for media spend allocation, see plans through to completion and ensure that campaigns are launched properly and optimized towards efficiency and effectiveness in achieving KPIs. The Integrated Media Planner works closely with the Associate Media Director and participates in plan presentations to clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES Work collaboratively with integrated media team across all traditional (TV, Radio, Print, OOH) and digital (programmatic, SEM, ecommerce, organic and paid social, influencers) media to support the development and execution of media plans by helping to: Select media channels and make recommendations based on client campaign goals. Evaluate media kit information, client proposals and costs; Provide POVs. Negotiate rates and makegoods as needed. Develop and manage media flowcharts and budget allocation/reconciliation. Monitor campaign pacing and analyze/report on campaign performance with recommendations on inventory, channel and creative shifts; stay abreast of reporting schedules established using the Tableau dashboard to create client reports. Manage influencer relationships from discovery through delivery. Coordinate with creative and account services to schedule promoted posts and oversee community management on organic social content. Collaborate with account, production, and data/analytics teams for creative rotation and production team for deadlines and specs, along with media team for proper campaign set up and tracking. Participate in regular internal and client meetings. Proactively bring new ideas to solve media and creative challenges, both big and small. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 1+ years agency experience planning and buying digital channels with increasing responsibility (e.g., ad agency media department, media company or client side). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to maintain and meet client deadlines. In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and DCM. Experience working with influencers directly or through a third party provider. Experience with Pinterest Ads, Snap Ads, Reddit Ads a plus. Knowledge of traditional planning and billing systems a plus. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Seniority level
