Design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online listings. Collaborate with sales and property management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights. Maintain and grow the company’s online presence across multiple platforms. Oversee content creation for the website, blogs, and social media channels. Assist with administrative and executive tasks to support company leadership. Track and analyze marketing performance, providing data-driven recommendations. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry. Real estate license or knowledge of real estate processes is strongly preferred. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, Google Ads, and CRM software. Strong creative and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
