Better You and Friends is an AI-powered mental wellness platform designed to provide personalized mental health support and peer-to-peer community engagement. We are scaling through a B2B2C model, partnering with businesses such as gyms, wellness brands, and corporate organizations to integrate mental health solutions into their offerings.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a CMO & Co-Founder who will work alongside our other two Co-founders (CEO & CTO), to lead marketing, sales, and user acquisition with a primary focus on the US market. If you have a strong track record in B2B2C sales, growth marketing, and strategic partnerships, and you’re passionate about mental health, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. B2B2C Growth Strategy – Identify & close partnerships with wellness brands, corporate clients, and key B2B2C stakeholders.
2. Marketing & Branding – Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy to acquire and retain users.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth – Identify monetization opportunities and secure early revenue partnerships.
4. Fundraising Support – Work alongside the founding team to position Better You and Friends for pre-seed funding and investor relations.

What You Need to Succeed

1. Proven experience in growth marketing, sales, or partnerships in a B2B2C startup.
2. Strong network & knowledge of the US mental health & wellness industry.
3. Ability to execute independently & drive revenue traction quickly.
4. Passion for mental health & wellness – This is more than just a job, it’s a mission.
