As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative ad products and solutions that empower advertisers to connect with millions of shoppers through highly targeted ads—while enhancing the overall shopping experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Product Development: Partner with engineering, data science, and UX teams to launch cutting-edge products that serve both advertisers and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Define & Prioritize Roadmap: Manage near-term product delivery while crafting a long-term strategy to provide the most relevant measurement solutions for advertisers.
  • Drive Insights & Innovation: Analyze industry trends, conduct competitive research, and identify opportunities in advertising technology and retail media.
  • Solve Complex Problems: Navigate a fast-paced, matrixed environment by collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring impactful products to market.
  • Be the Expert in Measurement: Understand and communicate the methodologies behind search attribution, incrementality measurement, and other key analytics.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience in ad-supported media within tech, retail, entertainment, or social media industries.
  • Deep expertise in advertising measurement, including standard media metrics, statistical modeling, attribution, A/B testing, and incrementality.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to digest large amounts of data and extract meaningful insights.
  • Background in retail media, media platforms, ad tech, or marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
