Maintain and optimize the marketing automation platform (MAP) to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Clean up and manage user data fields, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Work with Braze/Iterable to transition user data fields to Source of Truth (SOT) fields.
Manage retention periods for custom events, including adding, modifying, or removing them as needed.
Oversee user permissions and access management within the MAP.
Monitor IP health and email deliverability to maintain strong sender reputation.
Collaborate with marketing managers to shut down unused automations and document active workflows.
Utilize ETL (Fivetran) and Reverse ETL (Hightouch) platforms to streamline data pipelines for third-party providers.
Assist in designing and updating governance policies for marketing automation.
Work closely with QA teams to define and execute test scenarios for automation and campaign success.
Optimize database health by cleaning up and maintaining user data integrity.
