We’re looking for a

creative and driven junior marketer

to join a fast-paced, early-stage startup building next-gen AI-powered enterprise tools. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founding team and help shape the company’s go-to-market presence from the ground up. As our

Inbound Marketing Lead , you’ll take the reins on creating compelling product marketing content—think video demos, blog posts, social media content, and more—to drive awareness, interest, and engagement across key channels. You’ll play a critical role in helping us connect with our users, tell our product story, and build a strong digital presence. We prefer candidates

based in the South Bay/San Jose area

who can join us for occasional in-person brainstorming and collaboration sessions. However, we’re open to fully remote talent if there’s a strong fit. Responsibilities:

Create and manage product marketing assets

such as video walkthroughs, blog content, email campaigns, and social media posts. Collaborate with the founders and product team

to craft clear messaging that aligns with user needs and company vision. Help shape and evolve our

content strategy , including social presence, newsletters, customer comms, and blog. Contribute to growth initiatives

across multiple channels including influencer outreach, partnerships, and thought leadership. Assist in

building a content engine

that supports product-led growth, user onboarding, and brand storytelling. Work on projects that range from

hands-on content creation

to

strategy brainstorming

with the founding team. Qualifications:

1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a

startup or SaaS environment . A

strong writer and storyteller —you know how to simplify complex ideas and speak to user pain points. Experience with tools like

Canva, Figma, Notion, HubSpot, or Webflow

is a plus (but not required). Comfortable wearing many hats and jumping between

content creation, campaign planning, and analytics . Based in the

San Jose / South Bay Area , or open to occasional travel for in-person collaboration. Nice to Have:

Interest or experience in

AI, tech, or knowledge management tools . Exposure to

product-led growth

strategies, including self-serve funnels and freemium models. A passion for storytelling, visual content, and keeping up with marketing trends. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a nimble, ambitious team at the ground level—contributing to real impact and growing your skill set quickly alongside experienced entrepreneurs. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $40/hr.
