Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to drive media planning, campaign execution, and optimization across paid display, social, and app channels in our western markets (US, UK, ANZ). This role will focus on driving user and buyer growth through targeted paid advertising while collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns that deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute media planning, campaign optimization, and performance analysis for paid social, display and app campaigns. Drive user and buyer growth by creating and executing targeted paid advertising strategies in collaboration with marketing leads, with a focus on ad flighting, forecasting, audience targeting, and creative strategy. Conduct A/B tests, brand lift studies, and other performance analyses to maximize campaign impact and continuously optimize for results. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns. Work closely with key tech partners (e.g., Google, Meta) to develop and implement innovative advertising strategies that drive engagement and growth. Collaborate with the performance marketing lead to explore and implement cutting-edge advertising solutions, including advancements in predictive analytics and generative AI to stay ahead of trends. What you'll need: 4+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing campaigns across paid media channels. Experience in OTT / CTV / DOOH is a plus. Familiarity with western paid advertising solutions e.g. X, Snapchat, FB/IG, YouTube Understands the basics & core differences of web & app attribution modelling & tracking Strong grasp of ad targeting and optimization tactics, with familiarity with key performance metrics across the full funnel (Reach, VTR, CTR, ROAS). Extra points if you have prior exposure to the travel & tourism industry (not just as a traveller)! Seniority level
