As a Patrol Officer in the Tech/Media/Telecom location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence will be key in maintaining a secure environment while providing exceptional customer service. You will engage with individuals on-site, offering assistance and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Experience with alarm panels and access control systems is preferred, enhancing your ability to manage security protocols proficiently. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Thur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri11:00 PM - 11:00 AM Responsibilities: + Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary. + Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach. + Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions. + Help to deter unauthorized access and activities by maintaining a visible presence and monitoring the location. + Communicate with clients and team members to address security-related incidents and concerns. Minimum Requirements: + Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. + Texas Security Professional Guard Card required. + Customer service experience is preferred. + Experience with alarm panels is preferred. + Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. + A valid driveru2019s license will be required for driving positions only.
