Vice President - Media & Telecoms

This role will be for the Media and Telecom team in New York providing M&A advice in North America as well as collaborating with colleagues in international offices on cross-border assignments. The broader team in New York covers M&A, Restructuring and Debt/Equity Capital Markets advisory across a broad range of sectors.

Responsibilities

1. Execution of live buy and sell-side transactions in the media and telecoms sector
2. Oversee financial modelling and valuation analysis
3. Managing analysts and overseeing various workstreams

Desired Experience

Prior sector experience in another investment bank is required. Candidates require a minimum of 6 years prior experience.
