TKO’s creative department is seeking a Videographer, Editor and Producer to join the team, reporting into the SVP of Corporate Events, Creative & Digital Strategy. This role supports TKO’s Communications, Corporate Events and Social Media teams, as well as projects across TKO’s portfolio - including but not limited to corporate sizzle reels, sales/marketing materials, and social content. This person will play a pivotal role in shaping the TKO brand, both internally and externally.
This position is extremely fast-paced and hands-on. The ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure is crucial. The creative team interfaces with various executives, and clients about their creative needs and effectively manages the entire creative process for multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit original videos featuring stories for TKO as well as the brands within the TKO network, using creative storytelling and editing to produce the best possible content.
- Shoot and edit high-quality video content for a variety of TKO platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the broader creative, comms and social teams to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute video projects.
- Edit raw footage into polished final products, incorporating sound, motion graphics, and other media to enhance the viewer experience.
- Maintain and operate video equipment, ensuring all tools and resources are ready for use.
- Stay updated on trends and developments in video production, ensuring that content remains fresh and innovative.
- Cut clips from pre-existing linear or digital footage across our network for the purpose of social media distribution and monetization.
- Quickly assemble edits and implement notes from creatives and clients.
- Process, organize, and maintain footage and project file organization, across the Adobe Creative Suite, and on our video platforms.
- Create and implement graphics, color grade, sound mix, finalize, export, and upload video content.
- Produce and film across various shoots and event recordings.
- Manage multiple projects with constantly shifting deadlines.
- Obsess over optimizing content for best performance on social platforms.
- Job may require the individual to work during event times, so night/weekend work should be expected. Job may require travel.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in content capture/video production/video editing. This role is both a videographer and an editor.
- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite focusing on Premiere, After Effects, and Media Encoder (Adobe Audition/Podcast and graphic design experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with video metrics across all social media platforms
- A strong understanding of social media platforms and how to optimize video content across these platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail are a must.
- Experience working in an extremely fast-paced and hands-on environment while juggling multiple projects at once.
- Working knowledge of video and content management systems for digital platforms
- Basic production experience working with common high-definition cameras such as the Sony Alpha or FX series is a plus.
