Job Description

Pattern Promotions We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing various events that enhance our brand presence and foster strong relationships with our clients and partners. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning process from conception to completion, ensuring that every detail aligns with our vision and objectives

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events from inception to execution, including logistics, budgets, and timeliness.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations for each event.
• Research and secure venues, catering, entertainment, and other resources required for events.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality services.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and drive attendee engagement and participation.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination, with a portfolio of successful events.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and event planning tools.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
