Overview:

TransPerfect’s Finance division is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to support go-to-market efforts across our language and technology solutions for financial services. This role focuses on building awareness, generating leads, enabling the sales team, and supporting strategic growth in high-value sectors including banking, asset management, insurance, fintech, and compliance.

This is a content-forward, revenue-aligned role that includes campaign execution, sales enablement ownership, and internal collaboration with stakeholders to identify and activate industry-specific use cases.



Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product owners and sales leaders to define and execute go-to-market plans for finance-focused solutions.
  • Support full-funnel campaigns that generate and nurture leads—developing campaign concepts, landing pages, email nurture sequences, and downloadable assets.
  • Build compelling sales enablement tools including pitch decks, solution briefs, objection handling guides, and customer-facing ebrochures.
  • Translate industry regulations and compliance challenges into digestible solution messaging that supports business development.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to refine messaging, identify whitespace, and support positioning in niche finance segments.
  • Partner with the content and digital teams to develop lead magnets and evergreen content for SEO and social.
  • Maintain and organize go-to-market documentation including personas, positioning statements, and value propositions.
  • Develop and promote case studies, testimonials, and proof points to help drive interest and influence buying decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with finance subject matter experts to source insights and create relevant, differentiated content.
  • Provide feedback on campaign performance and support optimization efforts across the funnel.


Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of product or content marketing experience, ideally in financial services, fintech, or regtech.
  • Experience producing and managing sales enablement assets tailored to compliance-driven or B2B audiences.
  • Understanding of financial industry workflows, terminology, and buyer pain points.
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and subject matter experts.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Highly organized, with strong writing and research skills and an eye for compelling value storytelling.
