The Role: As a Structural Engineer , you’ll play a key role in designing and analyzing a wide variety of projects, including concrete structures and façade restorations . You’ll work alongside a team of experts in a fast-paced, innovative environment , contributing to both active projects and R&D initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Structural Design & Analysis: Work on high-rise, low-rise, and facade restoration projects . Use your concrete design expertise to ensure the integrity and safety of structures. Software & Tools: Perform structural analysis and design using SAFE and ETABS (essential). Exposure to RAM-Steel, STAAD3, Visual Analysis , and manual calculations is a plus. Project & R&D Support: Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Contribute to research & development , including model development, software innovation, and industry training. What We’re Looking For: Concrete Design Expertise : Minimum 3 years of experience designing concrete structures (low, mid, and high-rise). NYC project experience is essential. Software Proficiency : Strong hands-on experience with SAFE and ETABS is required ; other tools (RAM-Steel, STAAD3, Visual Analysis) are advantageous. Strong technical and practical design skills — PE license not required, but a proactive, hands-on approach is a must . Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
